* A $300.00 deposit will secure your reservation. Payable by VISA, MasterCard, certified cheque or cash. Balance is due immediately upon arrival at our resort.

* Your deposit is 100% refundable if we receive your written confirmation of cancellation at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

* During prime season, our minimum rental term is 1 (one) week.

* During the busy season, we are an adults only (including well-behaved young adults) Cottage & Golf Resort.

* During off-season we offer weekend, 3 & 4 night rates upon request. Off-season rates are generally 25% off prime rates.

* Our weekly cottage rental schedule is from Sunday to Saturday. Check in after 12 noon Sunday - Check out before 12 noon Saturday.

* These are "Housekeeping Cottages" which means all guests must bring their own food, drink, bed linens, toiletries, pillow cases and towels.

* We reserve the right to assign your cottage.

* All buildings are SMOKE FREE & PET FREE. We reserve the right to assess a substantial surcharge on anyone smoking in our cottages or common buildings to cover the costs of replacing curtains, cushions, bedding and upholstered furniture.

* "Quiet time" is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are expected to respect the privacy of their neighbours.

* We do not provide price adjustments or refunds for late arrival, early departure, personal losses, or conditions beyond our control, such as ( but not limited to) power failure, weather, Acts of God. Use of our resort, golf course & related services, is always at our guests risk.

* Be advised…loud parties, profane or belligerent behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
